Gisela Herrera Pardo, AP, LMT

Dr. Gisela Herrera Pardo, is a Acupuncture Physician certified by NCCAOM (National Certification Committee of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and a member of FSOMA (Florida State Oriental Medicine Association member.)

She started her career in 2007 as a chiropractic assistant, and soon graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist during that same year. She gained tremendous experience in treating people with spinal problems as well as structural deficiencies. During that time, she fell in love with natural medicine, and the holistic approach. Fascinated with the effectiveness of acupuncture, she returned to school and graduated in December 2015 with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota. She did her internships at Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, Acupuncture and Nutrition Clinic of Brandon, and Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic. She also volunteers once a month at Metro Clinic in St. Petersburg.

Her special interests are treating chronic and acute pain, depression and/or anxiety disorders, as well as digestive disorders, chronic  constipation, and highly stressed individuals.

Being bilingual helps her serve a broader group in our community.


Jeanette Miraglia, AP, DOM

Dr. Jeanette Miraglia, DOM is a licensed and NCCAOM board certified Acupuncture Physician. She graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, and a minor in chemistry in 2007. In 2015, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from East West College of Natural Medicine, receiving a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine. She spent one year as an Acupuncture Physician intern resident at Health South Rehabilitation Hospital (Sarasota, FL) where she treated patients that had suffered from stroke and major motor vehicle accidents. Jeanette is a candidate for the post-graduate Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Miraglia believes that the integration of Eastern and Western medicines is vital for the progression of modern medicine and looks forward to continue contributing to its advancement. She is well experienced with diminishing her patients’ pain levels quickly. By utilizing both herbal formulas and acupuncture, Dr. Miraglia been honored to see relief in many of her patients’ stress, grief, and depressive states.  In her free time, Dr. Miraglia enjoys being active outdoors, cooking, and playing with her rescue dog.
